Return Policy

Returns:

Our return policy allows you 7 business days from the date your item is received to make us aware of any issues with your product. This can be done via email at therusticrosellc@outlook.com.

All customized/personalized items are A FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns on customized/personalized items. 

Any items that are Purchased ON SALE ARE FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns on sale items. 

Return Process:

Once items are received, an email will be sent to notify you. Please allow 2-5 days.

Shipping:

To return your product, please mail your product to 217 Smokering Drive, Robesonia Pa 19551. 

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs, when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Shipping time may vary depending on where you live. Please keep this in mind. 

If shipping an item over $75, please consider using trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

ONCE THE ITEM IS SCANNED IN, IT BECOMES RESPONSIBILITY OF THE MAIL SERVICE. IF AN ITEM IS NOT RECEIVED YOU MAY OPEN A CASE WITH THE MAIL PROVIDER.
